We wish to assist communities in archiving and preserving their most cherished items, memories, and stories through the use of archival and digitization techniques while using the creative arts (arts, literature, music, drama) to document and share their stories.
We believe everyone's story is worth telling and that these stories are the foundation of building stronger communities.
ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION
EoHAS was founded by Drs. Clarissa & Headley White in 2010.
EVENTS
EoHAS has partnered with community stakeholders to host a number of events.
Using art at a local museum to creatively introduce children and their families to art concepts.
Shared Black hair stories at the Leroy Collins Public Library Main Branch.
SERVICES
We are available to assist in planning and conducting community-focused preservation, history and literacy events, workshops and activities.
